Refund policy

Please note that all 3D printed items are custom-made and printed to order. As a result:

• Returns are not accepted for 3D printed items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
• If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue, and we will provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
