Kaduct Site Measure App (free)

For fitters and supervisors measuring gaps in ductwork on site.

Gaps get left in ductwork runs for all sorts of reasons: design changes, clashes with other services, or site conditions not matching the drawings. Someone has to measure the gap and tell the workshop what to make, and a hand-drawn sketch is only as clear as the person who drew it.

The Site Measure App turns your measurements into a clear, consistent drawing of the fitting you need:

  • Pick the fitting type, then enter the sizes, lengths and connectors
  • See the fitting drawn as you type
  • Get a warning about sharp angles and awkward geometry before it reaches the workshop
  • Export the job and send it to the workshop for manufacture

CAMduct Translator

For workshops and drawing offices running CAMduct.

The Translator takes site measures and other companies' jobs and loads them into your own CAMduct configuration, so nobody has to type everything in again.

  • Generate: load a Site Measure App export, match any new item templates and connectors once, and generate a job ready to import into CAMduct. The Translator remembers your mappings for next time.
  • Translate: convert a CAMduct job export from another company's configuration into yours. Geometry, coordinates, notes and options are left exactly as they were, which helps most with large MAJ files from other drawing offices.
